Welcome to the
Green Bay Shetland Sheepdog Club!

The goals of the Green Bay Shetland Sheepdog Club are:

  1. To do all possible to bring the natural qualities of the Shetland Sheepdog to perfection.
  2. To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by The American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Shetland Sheepdogs shall be judged.
  3. To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed and to encourage sportsman-like competition at all dog competitions.
  4. To conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows and obedience and rally trials under the rules of The American Kennel Club.

GBSSC meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month, unless otherwise decided by the club.
